PRIVATE LESSONS and GROUP INSTRUCTION for What
Most Schools Charge for Groups Alone! Self Defense Centers
is Able to Provide Individual Programs Tailored to Each
Student's Needs; Other Martial Arts Schools Cannot do This
Teaching Group Classes Alone.
Scientific Studies Have Shown That Instruction, on a
One-to-One Basis, Enables the Student to Learn 7 - 17 Times
Faster Than in a Group Setting Alone. Private Lessons Allow
Each Student to Learn at Their Pace and Not at the Pace of
the Group.
Self Defense Centers is the Only Martial Arts School in
Chicago Which Teaches Certified Kenpo Karate. Each of Our
Instructors is Certified in the Tracy System of Kenpo. All of the
Instructors at Self Defense Centers Must Adhere to a Rigorous
Certification Program Established by Grandmaster Tracy
Himself.

to Make Sure You're Promoted; Without Being Charged
